As a Leadership & Development Partner at Saxo, you will play a pivotal role in reinforcing the Saxo learning culture. Your mission will be to design, implement, facilitate, and evaluate training programs that enhance ongoing development.About the teamYou will be part of the Global Leadership & Development team where you, together with colleagues, will shape and deliver the L&D agenda to Saxo.The team consists of learning and leadership development partners focusing on learning, leadership development, talent management, cultural initiatives, and diversity and inclusion. You will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders within Group People & Culture and the broader Saxo organisation, ensuring solutions are aligned across Saxo.As a team, we collaborate across borders, share knowledge generously, and embrace learning as a continuous journey. We support each other, honor diverse perspectives, and co-create impactful solutions – all while having fun.ResponsibilitiesThis role gives a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your tasks and priorities, shaping the role based on your skills, experience, and organisational needs.Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and implement blended-format learning and development programs for employees and leaders
- Facilitate learning sessions both in-person and virtually
- Ensure an efficient and impactful onboarding experience for new leaders
- Empower Group People & Culture colleagues and leaders to be proactive ambassadors for the learning and leadership agenda, providing insights and skill development on key trends
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary adjustments accordingly to optimise
- Lead the Diversity & Inclusion agenda, fostering a strong D&I community
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of learning initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into program designs
- Drive continuous improvement in all learning efforts through feedback and innovative practices
Supporting a global organisation entails travel commitments, with trips lasting from a few days to up to one week at a time, totaling approximately 15 days per year.Your profileWe are looking for a colleague to join our team of engaged and talented colleagues, eager to contribute to diverse tasks and drive collective success.
- With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, you keep up to date with industry standards and best practices in leadership, learning, and development
- Experience in designing and embedding leadership, learning and D&I solutions in global, matrixed organisations
- You excel both independently and collaboratively, effectively contributing to team efforts across the organisation
- A confident partner to stakeholders, with excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Expertise in DEI policy and practice
- You are a supporter of a culture of continuous learning and development
- You are experienced in working within a global organisation and fluent in both written and spoken English, with strong proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Data- and tech-literate, using insights to drive decisions and measure impact
- Curious, resilient, and skilled at activating change through others
