A successful legal firm in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to their legal team. This is a temporary full-time position, requiring an immediate start, with the possibility of extension.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and correspondence.Handle digital dictation and transcription tasks efficiently.Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for solicitors.Liaise with clients, counsel, and court officials professionally.Maintain and organize confidential files and legal documents.Assist with billing processes and expense tracking.Perform general administrative duties to support the legal team.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.Immediate availability for a full-time, onsite role in Dublin City Centre.If you are interested in this role, please submit your CV today!
