Job description: At Excel Recruitment, we are currently recruiting a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a leading international logistics provider, based in Dublin 9.Duties

• Coordinate daily shipment operations, including scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and tracing.
• Ensure accurate processing of all shipment documentation.
• Drive safety best practices across operations.
• Monitor and meet billing timelines; close off shipments per agreed SLA deadlines.
• Liaise with customers daily to maintain and improve service levels.
• Provide real-time feedback to the supervisor and wider team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transport or freight coordination
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
