Aufgabengebiet Prepare and process accurate payroll for employees within specified timelines. Maintain payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Handle queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow. Generate reports for management on payroll activities and costs. Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation. Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and industry practices. Anforderungsprofil A successful Payroll Specialist should have: Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Understanding of relevant labor laws and tax regulations in Germany. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Fluency in German; English skills are an advantage.
