Job description: Posting Description:M&A Transaction Solutions AssociateForming a critical part of Aon’s Transaction Solutions team for DACH, you will be assisting in originating, managing and executing TS opportunities. This is achieved through engaging the internal Aon client account teams and external channels (lawyers, investment banks, fund managers, accounting firms and private equity firms) to develop relationships and deliver TS solutions to clients and prospects.What the day will look like

• Advising and delivering TS solutions (primarily Warranty & Indemnity insurance) on M&A transactions (whether in-bound or outbound DACH transactions)
• Negotiate with insurers while explaining TS solutions to other M&A practitioners
• Supporting in the entire process of placing a W&I insurance solution on any M&A transaction
• Helping to grow and develop the TS business across DACH

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• University degree in Economics or Law is an advantage
• Proficient Czech and English language skills
• Corporate M&A experience from a law firm, investment banking or accounting firm with knowledge and understanding of how M&A deals are conducted, preferably with knowledge of how W&I insurance is placed
• Strong people skills with the ability to work with others under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive manner
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, and ability to effectively and confidently present to clients and other audiences
• Strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Open to traveling within the DACH region
