This role will be a pivotal part of this significant investment and be a major contributor to the future success of Pandora.As the Manager in the Global Procurement team at Pandora, you will hold a pivotal role in optimizing the overall procurement approach to the process of constructing our stores on a global scale. You will be the Subject Matter Expert on construction across Pandora and leverage your network in the business. This includes the tender process, build-out process, and follow-up activities across all units leased by Pandora, including our stores, warehouses, and offices. In the role you will need to demonstrate proven leadership skills in a matrix organisation, visualize and implement optimization strategies for store build-outs, set targets and consistently follow up on progress, and share best practices with key stakeholders.Your key responsibilities include:
Your main counterparts will include the Global Procurement team in the Global office and in the Clusters, The Global Network and Cluster Network teams, the Reporting & Analytics team, Store Design and Creative, Sustainability, and representatives from our Finance departments.
