Job description: Tasks that await meYour main tasks in this role are:
- You are part of an international internal Audit team and mainly responsible for General Audits of the Management systems for Compliance, Data Protection, Risk Management
- You will be part of the internal Investigations team, responsible for the international investigation of potential severe Compliance violations.
- You work together with interdisciplinary Teams in different countries and external (forensic) investigators
- You will be part of the international Internal Audit organisation.
- You will support in building up the department and a small team
- Business trips for international investigations are part of your role
Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:
- You have studied successfully economics, compliance, law, or a related field
- As a Compliance Expert you have at least 5 years of experience
- Ideally you have an additional degree as Compliance Officer and/or Fraud Examiner
- You have at least 3 years of experience in forensic investigation and forensic interviews
- You have got in-depth knowledge of international compliance standards and regulations, ideally in some or all above-mentioned Management systems
- You are fluent in German and English
- An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart
