We offer a flexible hybrid working model known as Best of Both, with 3 days in our Billund office and 2 days working from home.Core ResponsibilitiesManage and continuously evolve our global Shopper NPS programsLead the development and governance of the NPS data foundation, including data collection, validation, quality assurance, and access managementCollaborate with digital teams to integrate Shopper NPS data into LEGO NexusDesign, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports for the Shopper NPS programsDeliver clear and impactful monthly partner reports on NPS insights and trendsDo you have what it takes?Technical Skills: Proficient in Databricks, SQL, Python, and other analytical tools; skilled in Power BI and PowerPointAnalytical Attitude: Able to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendationsPhenomenal Teammate!: Collaborative and adaptable, growing in cross-functional global teamsProblem-Solver: Confident using data to address business challenges and drive resultsSome flexibility in working hours is expected in this global-facing roleApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
