As a Manager of the Data Management APJ 1 Team, you will co-lead a team of 33 Professionals with 18 direct reports who are responsible for Employee Data Administration of 30 000+ Employees in APAC region. Your main focus will be on India and several additional APAC countries. The position is responsible to deliver superior consumer experiences, 100 % data and service quality according to SLAs and internal procedures, at the same time increasing the efficiency of our services and solutions, looking for appropriate simplification, standardization, process optimization and continuous innovation. The incumbent will work very closely with all HR functions to meet this ambition. Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the SAP People Agenda, which covers also the Technical Roadmap and role model our Growth culture.Day to Day Tasks:
