Summary of the Role and PurposeWe help financial services organisations – Banks, Insurance companies, FMIs, Wealth and Asset managers, and Fintechs – to change and adapt to the environment in which they operate. Changes may be driven by decisions to digitise, to streamline, to pivot, to respond to new regulation or to harness the benefits of analytics or new technology. Whatever the reason, our clients are continually re-designing parts of the organisation, and that’s where we come in.Description of the roleWe are looking for experienced consultants who can manage a variety of workstreams on complex, business critical programmes. It is highly likely you will have deeper expertise in one of our four capabilities; however you will be expected to work across a variety of projects and programmes. You will be required to:

- Support business development and grow revenues from the existing work portfolio

- Deliver high quality analysis that combines KPMG expertise and market insight with quantitative and qualitative analysis

- The strongest candidates will have experience across all our capabilities, but we would also consider a deeper specialism in just one area
- We are looking for candidates who understand the financial services environment and have undertaken consulting projects in one or more of the sub-sectors mentioned above
- As this role is a Manager role, you will be expected lead and manage other more junior consultants. It is anticipated candidates will have experience in consulting, ideally with a recognised professional services firm, or global consultancy. In-house consulting experience is also valued
