Are you ready to be part of our journey?The position is based in Copenhagen, and you will report to your Line Manager based in our Nordic HQ in Solna, Sweden.You will be one of 7 members in the Brand Comms and PR team in Nordics.What you’ll do:This position sets the brand tone by activating relevant stories in an engaging way, from advertising campaigns, product activations and partner publishing. Channels are ranging from paid media, PR campaigns and social media – all with the focus to engage the main target group in each category. This role will implement the Global and European strategies in the Nordics, by creating impactful activations for the target consumers and position of the number one sports brand in Nordics.You will also lead content creation and production, innovative storytelling and execute activation to elevate and communicate our network and portfolio, but also to identify, establish and maintain close relationships with top influencers and stakeholders within our main categories in the Nordics. Main objective is to deliver the adidas messages to the consumer through partner publishing, creating engaging content and advertising experiences which drive conversation and engagement to build adidas as the number one sports brand in the Nordics.This role is a fixed term contract, responsible for crafting and strategically managing marketing category activity across traditional PR, Partner Publishing, Brand activation, paid media campaigns, events, social media and influencer strategies ensuring our brands sit at the heart of relevant culture. The focus is to identify, establish and maintain close relationships with top influencers, creators and publishers, media, artists, stylists and other stakeholders.Skills you’ll need:

  • A strong knowledge, passion and understanding for our industry will be essential in this role.
  • You need to have experience in both sports, fashion and culture to drive the brand in all key categories.
  • Develop/create and drive the activation plans to improve the brand and business KPI’s in Denmark with focus on Copenhagen.
  • Together with the Nordics Brand Communication Manages brief on all paid media activities in Denmark.
  • Drive PR and Cultural Marketing, co-ordinate and brief all functions via internal processes to deliver against an agreed plan.
  • Manage MWB in Denmark efficiently, following internal protocol.
  • Brief agencies to guarantee executional excellence from a Nordic POV.
  • Ensure Global and European guidelines are upheld during all execution of brand activations.
  • Analyze the Nordic consumer and consumer insights. Feel the latest trends within both sports and fashion.
  • High level communication skills and ability to influence across the organization.
  • Proven experience owning and managing external partnerships.
  • Growth mindset and desire to develop as a marketer.
  • Assure a strategic, proactive approach to celebrities, influencers and social publishers who add value to the brand and our consumers, and consistently evolve and add to the network.
  • Drive and execute our content strategy across fashion, culture and sports for the Nordics, aligned with the Global plan across Sport Performance and Fashion
  • Create local PR material and press releases, concepts and content.
  • Create and execute local seeding strategy with clear KPI:s
  • Drive and implement strategic culture marketing plans and strategies in sync with business plan and annual brand calendar.
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of brand projects: incl negotiating talent agreements, event management & logistics, production days, logistics, content planning.
  • Sports Market portfolio activation: plan, brief and execute content production and photoshoots that ensures adidas visibility, storytelling and engagement across talents’ social platforms.
  • Work together with Athlete and Player Managers in talent management (ie. During appearances, events, photoshoots, content creation briefs)
  • Support identifying social media creators & sports influencers to partner with: map collaboration opportunities through content creation, product gifting, platform innovation, campaign involvement.
  • Contribute to building and maintain long-term partnerships with digital creators across all relevant social platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Snapchat etc)
  • Orchestrate product seeding/gifting plans (orders, shipments, deliveries)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Great insight and experience of brand communication, social media communications, influencer marketing, PR, culture marketing, relationship management and events.
  • Experience with the Danish media and agency/freelance landscape.
  • Existing network with artists, creators and influencers in Denmark, both for Sports and Fashion.
  • Feeling in latest trends within sports and fashion industry, with insights within niche subcultures/communities/networks – preferably with women’s focus.
  • Creative and sense of visual content and production – and simultaneously be skilled at analyzing our target audiences and capturing new trends.
  • Experiences with creating and managing content production.
  • Strong communication skills; written, oral and presentation.
  • Experience in communication/brand marketing/PR.
  • Project management experience.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferably University degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-5 years Marketing and/or Communication experience.
  • At least 1-3 year’s experience of Partner Publishing within the Sport industry in the Nordics.
  • Proven track record in Influencer Marketing, Partner Publishing and Cultural Marketing.
  • Fluent in local language (Danish or Swedish).
  • Fluent in English.
