Job description: Flexsource is currently recruiting a Material Handler for our Client in Carlow.Duties –

• Take Custody of Kanban Material into our clients Warehouse, Replenishing existing Kanbans

• Liasing with Facilities, Ensure Vendor Managed inventory (VMI) and replenishment of same is in Place

• Ensure SAP Material accuracy and visibility in IPT, Completing Prod 183 cycle counting and ensuring accurate consumption of Material to process orders.

• Develop as a SAP SME, Promoting and Raising the proficiency of SAP usage with IPT

• Monitor Ambient Capacity levels and ensure spaces are allocated as per the agreed allocation strategy (Key back up batches available for critical materials)

• Monitor 2-8 Capacity levels and organise timely transfer of materials to Main Site 2-8 Warehouse

Requirements

• Experience in working in a GMP environment

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proven track record of working within a well-established, high performing teams.

• Previous Warehousing Experience

• Proactive attitude towards their work and ability to multitask when required

• Excellent knowledge of cGMP and GDP preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and job- related computer applications

• Excellent time management skills – have demonstrated ability to meet strict timelines

• Strong Influencing skills

• Goals oriented

Hours – 39 Hours Monday-FridayRate of Pay €17.91
