The Mathematician uses advanced mathematical and statistical concepts and theories to analyze and collect data and construct solutions to business problems. Responsibilities:

• As a Mathematician (m/f/d) you collaborate with the game art directors to create best possible game experience for our customers.
• You conceptualize game designs and create mathematical models that align with defined constraints and exhibit predetermined behavioral characteristics.
• In addition, you are responsible for all aspects of a mathematical design including implementation and gameplay in multiple projects.
• Further you pay meticulous attention to detail to achieve optimal designs, including math models, game logic and game relevant documentation.
• You also test mathematical outcomes to assure quality and accurate calculations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mathematics with expertise in combinatorics, probability theory and statistics
• Professional experience as a mathematician is a plus
• Knowledge of object-oriented program design is nice to have
• Outstanding data analysis and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English, German is nice to have
• Work well with creative conflict in a collaborative environment
• Self-driven, responsible and detail oriented
• Experience in gaming industry is a plus
