Job description: A key TEkenable customer is seeking a skilled Microsoft BizTalk 2016 Consultant on a contract basis. This role will focus on migrating BizTalk 2016 solution implementation into Azure. Planning out a migration and is aware of the all the resources that are need to deliver it.

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server and Azure services.
• Lead the migration of existing BizTalk applications to Microsoft Azure for a key client.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand integration requirements.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on BizTalk and Azure integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain BizTalk schemas, maps, orchestrations, and pipelines, as well as their Azure equivalents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to BizTalk and Azure applications.
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing phases.
• Optimise existing integration solutions for performance and scalability in Azure.
• Document integration processes, migration plans, and solutions for future reference.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and team members on BizTalk and Azure integration best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in BizTalk 2016 development and consulting.
• Proven experience in delivering, deploying, and maintaining BizTalk 2016 solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016.
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, XPath, and Web Services.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications in BizTalk Server development are a plus.
