Our award-winning Prague office just underwent major renovation creating a collaborative space offering daily on-site snacks, gym, cinema, library, terrace, chill-zones, bike storage, and parking.About the Role & TeamAs a Mobile Growth Capability Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role on the team driving user and revenue growth across our Mobile portfolio. We are a customer-obsessed, data-driven group focused on delivering exceptional user experiences while unlocking meaningful monetization opportunities. Our mission is to strike the optimal balance between user value and business performance—by continually refining how, when, and where we engage users throughout their lifecycle.In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will independently own and execute initiatives that shape the in-app experience, drive conversion and retention, and maximize long-term customer value. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, growth, and monetization—leading critical efforts to improve user journeys, optimize pricing and packaging, and scale best-in-class engagement strategies.This role requires close, collaborative partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, and Creative teams.
