Job description: This role is for an experienced Mortgage Advisor in a dynamic mortgage brokerage, supporting clients with property purchases and mortgage switches. As part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, and be adept at managing a client portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients on available mortgage options, offering personalised advice.
• Manage the full mortgage process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up on applications with various providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Track and manage new business pipelines to ensure timely progress on applications.
• Coordinate with clients and lenders throughout the mortgage completion process.
• Maintain comprehensive, compliant client files and handle day-to-day administrative inquiries.
• Support all aspects of new business processing and existing client reviews.
• Keep the CRM system updated to reflect accurate client and business pipeline information.
• Handle general office and administrative tasks, with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities to support business growth.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a mortgage advisory or similar financial advisory role.
• QFA / APA Qualified
• In-depth knowledge of the Irish mortgage market, products, and lending criteria.
• Experience liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other third-party providers in the mortgage process.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other mortgage processing software.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in guiding clients through complex financial decisions.
