Job description: We are expanding our high-performing mortgage division and looking to add four additional Mortgage & Life Advisors to our team. You will join a collaborative environment currently made up of a Mortgage Manager and one Advisor, with a clear focus on delivering exceptional results for clients at every stage of the mortgage journey.About the OpportunityThis is an exciting time to join a well-established and client-first financial services firm. You will play a central role in supporting a wide range of clients – from first-time buyers and switchers to individuals with more complex needs – helping them secure the best mortgage and protection solutions available.Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, tailored mortgage and life advice based on each client’s needs
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine suitable options
• Oversee the full mortgage and life application process, ensuring efficient progress from start to finish
• Act as the key liaison between clients, lenders and the internal team to ensure a seamless experience
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal processes
• Proactively build new business through internal referrals, external relationships and self-generated leads
• Maintain CRM records and manage pipeline activity efficiently
• Collaborate with the Mortgage Manager to continuously improve team performance and service quality

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in both mortgage and life advising
• QFA qualification is essential
• Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage regulations and compliance
• Demonstrated success in converting leads to completions and achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client service skills
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset

What We’re Offering

• Base salary of €50,000 to €70,000, depending on experience
• OTE €100,000+
• Flexible hybrid working model (4 days from home, 1 day in office)
