Let’s succeed together!Core ResponsibilitiesPart of our responsibilities is to prepare for every single mould, by considering the mould as an individual mould with a documented history. You’ll monitor the flow of moulds, secure that every mould is approved and able to produce elements in the right quality, thereby supporting our strong platforms and technology capabilities, within moulds and moulding processes. Furthermore you will:Secure that the mould documentation is updated, send findings, feedback and learnings back to supply chain. Secure conclusion for moulds in relation to reorder moulds.Work on problem solving both Globally and locally across our cross-functional team by interacting with our global colleagues from different departments, actively using the diversity in culture and skills.Individually driving analysis tasks using the lean toolbox, and thereby secure quality and continues improvement.Play your part in our team succeedingOur primary focus area in Mould Assembly & Qualification (MA&Q) is to be a supporting partner in the development of new moulds or element concepts. Our main focus will always be on robustness, and we are responsible for the reproducibility of the moulding process.Another important focus area of the MA&Q organization is to qualify moulds and moulding processes, by optimizing the moulds, and securing that this is done according to the global standards. We are highly passionate about building global capabilities and competences both regarding processes and moulds.Furthermore we want to secure interaction with other departments in Engineering & Quality to empower the common MA&Q agenda and to better understand the independencies.Do you have what it takes?You have a background as a Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Tool Maker, Plastic maker or Mould Designer and have some years of experience within toolmaking, process optimizing, CAD updates and constructions or in optimizing in various materials, and moulds.As a person you are a teammate, who can interact with many different types of people. You thrive in a dynamic environment and yet you can keep calm and prioritize when needed. You are comfortable making decisions, and you understand the value of working according to standards, but also challenge them if they do not work.
