Job description: Overview:We’re supporting a client in need of a NetSuite expert to design and automate advanced cash-based project reporting. This is a high-impact, time-sensitive role requiring someone who understands the nuances of translating GAAP (accrual-based) financials into actionable, project-level cash flow reporting.Key Responsibilities:Analyze current GAAP-based financial reporting structure in NetSuiteDesign and implement cash-basis project-level reports, ensuring accuracy and usabilityBuild custom reports and dashboards using SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and scripting where necessaryTranslate business needs into system-based reporting solutions that drive vendor and project decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders to understand project cash flow needs and reporting requirementsDocument and roadmap current reporting processes, highlighting automation opportunitiesDeliver scalable, repeatable solutions that align with the client’s long-term reporting goalsRequirements:Proven experience customizing reports and workflows in NetSuiteStrong understanding of GAAP vs. cash basis accounting and how to model both in NetSuitePrior experience delivering cash-based reporting at the project levelAbility to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a client-facing settingExcellent communication and documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:CPA, CMA, or relevant accounting backgroundExperience in services-based industries or project-driven businessesFamiliarity with SuiteScript and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
