Job description: The main tasks are:

• Responsible for digital key and Java Card customer support (applets, tool chain, digital key handling)
• Support technical design-in and lead customer projects
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, including troubleshooting and application guidance.
• Prepare Application-Notes and technical support materials including technical product trainings
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analysis for hardware issues.
• Develop close relationship with the worldwide technical support network

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Strong understanding of EMC/EMI design principles and regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE).
• Hands-on experience with NFC technology and wireless charging (Qi or proprietary standards).
• Familiarity with RF design, antenna integration, and power electronics.
• Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, HFSS, CST).
• Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller interfaces.
• Basic C/C++ knowledge
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Flexible to travel up to max 20%
