Job description: We are recruiting for an ambitious Chinese speaking Operations Coordinator with a passion for travel, to join our team in Copenhagen.ABOUT USV.O.S ‘Vision of Scandinavia’ is a highly qualified incoming tour operator specialized in leisure roundtrips to Scandinavia, Iceland, the Baltics, and Poland. Our long-standing expertise and high standards are key to creating value for our clients and deliver the best of the services.With more than 20 years in the market, we are proud to offer an open and multinational working environment (currently 17 different nationalities) and a dedicated team of over 60 travel designers and growing!YOUR ROLEThe main functions of this role will be achieving successful operations of groups with focus on delivering excellent operations and service results.*Please note that a full proficiency in Chinese and English is a must.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Book and operate groups, in close cooperation with our suppliers.
• Create relevant, timed, and priced itineraries using different tools available.
• Maximize profit margins on tours and sell additional services whenever possible.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates, liaising with the contracting department when necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Perform operations effectively and accurately.
• Full proficiency in Chinese. English is a must.
• Preferably, at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry.
• Destination knowledge – Scandinavia, Iceland, the Baltics, and Poland.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
