Job description: Job Title: Order Management and Billing AnalystLocation: Vienna, Austria (Hybrid role, 3 days in the office)Job Description:In our high-growth, execution-focused software company, we’re looking for an individual to join our team as an Analyst on the Billing and Order Management team. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer onboarding, order processing, and invoicing.The ideal candidate can navigate both high-volume and high-profile customers and address their procurement requirements and supplier portals. This role will collaborate with colleagues across product, sales and finance to support a collaborative environment and drive accurate order management.Responsibilities:

• Follow best practices and policies in setting up new customers, contracts and renewals based on executed sales orders and invoice accurately.
• Ensure accurate records in the accounting system (NetSuite) based on sales orders from the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Follow customer invoicing requirements including purchase orders and supplier portals to ensure timely processing and payments.
• Maintain precise records in the CRM system (Salesforce) for reporting annual recurring revenue (ARR) and bookings results.
• Assist with customer onboarding by setting up purchase orders and supplier portals to ensure timely processing and payments.
• Promptly and courteously address external and internal customer queries, requests, and documentation.
• Collaborate professionally with key stakeholders, particularly the Deal Desk, to ensure orders align with customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance field.
• +4 years of work related experience
• Highly organized, efficient with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent work ethic, self-aware, transparent, and open to feedback.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume and multiple deadlines.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, and SAP preferred.
• Demonstrates initiative and critical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English are mandatory. German language skills are preferred and would be considered a strong advantage
• Legally authorized to work in Austria.

We are under legal obligation in Austria to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 42.882 gross per year for this position according to the IT collective agreement. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be above the indicated minimum salary.Wir sind in Österreich gesetzlich verpflichtet, das Mindestgehalt anzugeben, welches laut IT-Kollektivvertrag für diese Position € 42.882,- brutto pro Jahr beträgt.
