Let´s read further about the role and decide whether you want to brew your career with us.Join Our Team as Order to Cash Process LeadMain Purpose of the Role:The Order to Cash Process Lead plays a pivotal role within the S4 HANA implementation team responsible for coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across different markets to ensure a unified and standardized approach to business processes.Focus on specific process within the given Functional Area (Finance, Commercial, ISC, Procurement) and lead the process standardization and implementation across all the markets.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Market SMEs: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in different countries to gather insights and requirements, ensuring a holistic understanding of regional nuances and challenges within the respective functional area.
  • Drive Harmonization and Standardization: Take ownership of aligning regional content, driving harmonization, and standardization of processes across markets. Facilitate discussions and negotiations to resolve local country requirements and ensure consistency in process design.
  • Process Design and Validation: Lead the process design and validation activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Ensure that designed processes are scalable, efficient, and compliant with organizational policies and standards.
  • Business Cutover Activities: Coordinate and oversee business cutover activities for the assigned process, including data migration, testing, training, and transition planning. Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new S4 HANA environment.
  • Sign-off Authority: Serve as the sign-off authority for program artifacts related to the assigned process, including process documentation, requirements specifications, test plans, and training materials. Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by communicating process changes, addressing concerns, and facilitating training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency with the new processes and systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement based on feedback from stakeholders, performance metrics, and industry best practices. Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including functional leads, regional leaders, and project team members. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for process excellence and transformational change.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, transformation, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successful involvement in large-scale enterprise transformations, preferably with experience in S4 HANA implementations.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business processes and their impact on organizational performance.
  • Mandatory experience of processes harmonization and driving regional process changes within the business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
