Job description: Creative & Design Asset Management Specialist – Contract – Remote (Ireland-Based)Are you a detail-oriented professional with a flair for organisation and cross-functional collaboration? We’re working with a global consumer tech brand seeking an experienced Packaging Documentation & Asset Management Specialist to join their dynamic international team. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in high-impact projects at the intersection of design, product, and marketing – helping shape how products are presented on shelves worldwide.What You’ll Be Doing:Take ownership of packaging data and documentation across the full product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), including part number setup and change tracking.Oversee and coordinate multiple packaging and design projects simultaneously, ensuring they’re delivered on time and to spec.Work with internal tools such as PLM systems (e.g., Oracle), Workfront, Google Workspace, and other in-house platforms.Serve as a key liaison between design, localisation, and product teams – streamlining requests, updating content, and promoting best practices.Collaborate cross-functionally to align on business goals and deliver solutions that meet quality and scheduling requirements.What We’re Looking For:3+ years’ experience in product documentation or asset management – ideally within consumer retail packaging or a similar sector.Strong working knowledge of BoM configuration and change control processes.Proficiency with systems such as Oracle PLM, Workfront, and collaboration tools (Office, Google Suite).A team player who can juggle priorities, show initiative, and keep things moving across departments.Experience working with localisation and multilingual packaging content is a strong plus.Why Apply?Be part of a global brand with a startup mindset – flexible, innovative, and people-driven.Work on visible projects with a real-world impact across global markets.Join a team that values collaboration, creativity, and diversity.Remote-friendly role (within Ireland).
