Job description: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As a Parts Advisor you will have experience in a motor factor, dealership parts department, or similar automotive environment . This is a varied role involving parts sales, stock management, and delivering parts to our trade customers — so a full driving licence is essential.Responsibilities:

• Assist retail, workshop, and trade customers with parts enquiries and orders
• Process orders accurately via stock systems
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts to local trade customers
• Maintain stock levels and support stock takes
• Build strong relationships with trade customers and suppliers
• Provide excellent customer service, handling queries professionally

Requirements:

• Experience in a motor factors, dealership, or automotive parts role (preferred)
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full Irish driving licence (essential)
• IT-literate; experience with parts systems an advantage
