As a Patient Insight and Intelligence Manager, you’ll gather and analyse patient data and feed-back to support strategic and operational decisions. You’ll lead the development of patient insight solutions that inform key business areas. The role combines experience in research and drug development with data skills, IT knowledge, and understanding of regulations. Your analysis will help identify trends and guide patient engagement, product development, and broader strategy.The current key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Given that the area is still developing, the nature of the role is flexible and may include other pro-jects in building processes and systems to manage and analyse medical insights and how to transform them into actionable insights.In this role, you will be based at our headquarters in Søborg, Denmark, reporting to the Head of Strategy and Operations.This is a 14-month temporary contract, with the option to work re-motely up to 2 days per week. The role requires the ability to work independently on complex tasks, lead projects, and apply a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain to support the development of impactful area deliverables.Qualifications

The Patient Voice Strategy and Engagement area is part of our Global Medical Affairs area within our Product & Portfolio Strategy organization in Novo Nordisk. We are organised in smaller de-partments all working across different TAs and large stakeholder interactions creating value across the value chain.Working in this young area gives you the chance to implement your own ideas.
