Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of technology while embracing our collaborative, and inclusive culture.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMAs People Operations Consultant, you will be the backbone of the Global People Operations, supporting your different stakeholders with all matters related to candidate technology stack, operational excellence (process, trainings, reporting), background checks and pre-onboarding.Your mission is to deliver an outstanding customer-centric experience to our Candidates, Hiring Managers, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Teams, ensuring that everything is set for success to attract the best talent for SITA.In this challenge, you will have the opportunity to showcase a wide spectrum of skills, including but not limited to, mastering technologies (end-to-end), delivering trainings, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive operational excellence, analyzing data, reporting, etc.Ready to redefine air travel?   • Deliver back/front office and end-to-end support to internal stakeholders,
  • Prepare and deliver internal trainings (including materials and documentation) to internal clients
  • Prepare communications regarding technology, tools, process changes and upcoming releases,
  • Improve candidate hiring experience, reduce hiring speed and cost by analyzing a wide variety of data points
  • Create visual and engaging process documentation and keep them up to date
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Build strong relationships and effectively communicate recommendations and progress updates
  • Act as a subject matter expert in operation excellence methodologies and tools
  • Manage end-to-end background screening process to ensure compliance with country legislations
  • Manage vendors relationship in People Team organization
  • Willingness & interest to support other functions in People Team (e.g. Global Mobility, Global People Operations or projects related activities in the area of Global Payroll Compliance)

QualificationsBACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven back/front-office experience
  • Skilled in MS Excel and ticketing systems for HR service delivery
  • Experience in managing small projects, technology implementation and process improvement
  • Solid background in delivering internal trainings related to technology use and process improvement
  • Data lover, KPIs, presentation and were delivering them to the management and stakeholders
  • Dynamic person who perfectly knows how to adapt when the needs shift
  • You love organization and being detail-oriented
  • You have the ability to multitask in a volatile environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Impactful communication skills and excellent team player attitude

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Prior experience in pre-employment/background check processes
  • Prior experience working in global matrix organization
  • Continuous improvement mindset is your go-to approach
