Would you like to make a difference to how we deliver forensic mental health care in the NHS?We are recruiting a Performance and Business Manager to join us at Kennet Ward based at our Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford to develop and facilitate the local performance framework, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and submission.Kennet Ward is a16- bed Medium secure wardbased in theOxford Clinic offering services to people suffering from enduring mental illness. You’ll be will co-ordinating the secretarial and administrative support to the wards, driving local performance framework, monitoring KPIs and ensuring operational efficiency.
