Then we have an ideal opportunity for you to put your skills into play.For Novo Nordisk, we are currently looking for a PA to support two Product Managers.Your day-to-day will involve a wide variety of tasks, so if you have solid project-management abilities and thrive when navigating rapid changes, you’ll feel right at home in this role.Novo Nordisk is a large organization, and you will therefore interact with many internal and external stakeholders as you support the two Product Managers in their work.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:CoordinationCalendar managementMeeting invitationsAdministrative tasks in IT systemsInternal and external communicationAd-hoc assignmentsYour educational background is not decisive; the key factors are that you learn quickly and your hands-on experience. It’s essential that you have a mindset ready for sparring from day one, but you must also be proactive in seeking out the information needed to quickly get up to speed.We’re looking for someone who can tick these boxes:You have experience as a PA or project manager assistantYou’re IT-savvy (since this is an IT department, we expect a basic grasp of IT terminology)You have project-management skills (you won’t own projects end-to-end, but you’ll quickly become a key contributor; familiarity with agile methods is a plus, but not required)You’re detail-oriented and spot potential issues early onYou bring a positive, proactive approach to your workYou’re curious and persistent—you don’t let bumps in the road throw you off courseYou’re an excellent communicator in both Danish and English (with many international partners, you must be comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken)You’re a team player who understands the importance of workplace dynamicsPractical details:Start date: as soon as possible (we aim for a start within a couple of weeks
Duration: until December 31, with the possibility of extensio
Hours per week: 37
Working hours: standard office hours, though occasional meetings may fall outside these
Remote work: once fully onboarded, there will be good opportunities for working from home
Location: Lautrupparken 42, 2750 Ballerup
Vacation: due to expected high workload in September, please avoid taking vacation between September 8 and 19
Lunch arrangement: on-site canteen
