Job description: My client, a well-established and respected insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join their team in North County Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.As the Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business, ensuring clients receive expert advice and comprehensive support.Tasks & Duties

• Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, handling renewals and retention efforts
• Provide quotations and service for motor, home, marine, and travel insurance policies
• Process mid-term adjustments, claims notifications, and follow-up tasks
• Meet individual sales and renewal targets while identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies at all times
• Deliver a consistently high level of client service and build strong relationships

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Personal Lines insurance
• APA Personal qualification (CIP or Grandfathered also accepted); fully CPD compliant
• Strong knowledge of the Personal Lines market
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Relay is a distinct advantage
• Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Expected salary: €30000 – 40000 per year
