Customer centric service focus is delivered through a site-level empowered culture.At Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive… A place where you’re valued, challenged, and inspired!Job DescriptionWe would like to present you with an exciting opportunity for a Planning and Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our Markham Vale site on a full time permanent basis.Salary: £26,205 per annum.Working hours: Monday-Friday, days.As a Planning and Customer Service Administrator, you will support the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.Responsibilities of the Planning and Customer Service Administrator:
- Liaising with the customers on queries and customer claims.
- Interacting with management, warehouse teams, to prepare for upcoming activity.
- Systemic Order grouping, load planning and the despatching of orders.
- Maintaining the Autostore system order and load profile.
- Maintaining customer masterdata records.
- Regularly updating the Autostore system, ensuring that data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Creating and providing daily reports to the Transport department.
- Creating and providing daily reports to the customer.
- Managing the customer route to market profile to ensure delivery conformance.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in a similar role within a logistics environment.
- Good understanding of warehousing and planning.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Excellent organisation and analytical skills.
- Good communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Flexible approach to work/training.
