You’ll be involved in every stage of the research process-from experimental design to data analysis and publication-while working alongside world-renowned scholars, including Uri Gneezy (University of California) and Antoine Malézieux (Burgundy School of Business).About the Position:
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will:
- Develop and refine experimental tasks.
- Manage collaborations with external partners.
- Plan and execute analysis strategies.
- Work with large datasets and apply advanced analytical methods.
- Contribute to both academic and non-technical publications.
- Communicate insights and findings with practitioners and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- A master’s degree and a PhD (or submission of thesis by the start date) in economics, psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Stata, or R.
- A solid foundation and interest in behavioral and experimental economics.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and reflective approach to work.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Additional Desirable Competences:
- Experience with running online economic experiments.
- Skills in project management.

The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.The period of employment is 2 years and 3 months. The starting date is 1 October 2025 or according to mutual agreement.
