Job description: We are looking for a Principal of Data Analytics Consulting to join our team.You will work alongside a dynamic team to identify complex business problems and create solution-oriented strategies for some of the most recognized brands in the Financial Services industry.ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal account managersManage and drive collaborative, value-centered approaches to defining and solving data problemsCoordinate with Senior Leadership to co-develop account plans and strategies for data-driven opportunities & business developmentGenerate revenue within the client account portfolio by identifying data opportunities and enabling a wide range of data & analytics engagements in the financial sectorPerform as principal consultant leading complex data transformational initiativesEstablish & Contribute to the strategic deliverables such as mission statements, assessment results & roadmapsParticipate in data-related pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals, and helping to close new dealsLead team development while supporting strategic financial accountsImpact client value and business growth by achieving target revenue goalsImprove the business operations by achieving the target billable utilizationCreate & contribute to EPAM Data Practice people initiativesRequirementsMinimum of 12 years of IT experienceAt least 8 years in Manager/Owner/Coordinator rolesHands-on experience influencing data solution design and technology selections for enterprise data platforms, warehouses, data lakes, and data science platformsStrong understanding of IT management consultingExpert in driving large data-driven programs and the revenue growth within a financial account portfolioHighly skilled in building data & analytics business development organizationsProven history of managing complex technology initiatives while communicating with senior business & IT stakeholdersFamiliarity with banking, trading, and data aggregationKnowledge of pre-sales activitiesAbility to develop and grow client relationships as well as facilitate and drive strategy definitionExperience working with data analytics trendsExposure to interacting with customers, managing expectations, and explaining solutions & project deliverables to senior stakeholdersComfortable operating at the strategic level while being close enough to the details to add value to clients and the teamC1 English level proficiencyWe offer/Benefits
