You will work closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and portfolio company executives to identify value creation opportunities, drive operational improvements, and support key decision-making processes. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your strategic acumen and analytical expertise to influence high-stakes investments and contribute to the long-term success of our firm.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth company operational analysis focusing on commercial due diligence, operational effectiveness, operations gap analysis and operational synergies across their portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams during due diligence, providing strategic insights and recommendations based on your investment analysis of the target acquisition.
• Understand and review the financial performance of the target firm in conjunction with the commercial and operational analysis and due diligence process.
• Partner with the Private Equity clients to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and potential risks and gaps within the target business.
• Support the development of firm-wide strategic priorities and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field coupled with an MBA/MBS/ACA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred
• 7+ years of experience in private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or a related strategic role
• Proven track record of driving value creation and operational improvements within portfolio companies or client organizations
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior executives and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
