Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to: Head of Quality & OpEx ManagementYour Role: Own the ChallengeWe are seeking a skilled Process Analyst to support business data-driven decision-making and optimization of business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. This role requires expertise in BI tools, data modeling, and process analysis methodologies.
- BI Dashboard Development & Data Management: Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) while ensuring data accuracy through extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to provide actionable business insights and support decision-making.
- Process Optimization & Efficiency: Develop process analytics dashboards, identify inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions while ensuring data governance, integrity, and security compliance.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Process Improvement.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and process analytics tools (Celonis or similar).
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights with a proactive approach to business challenges.
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
- Experience with BI and process mining tools (Celonis), SAP knowledge, and familiarity with data cloud platforms like Snowflake.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 4,341.85 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.More about us:
