The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAMThis role supports the Passenger Platform and Ecosystem product team. The individual will develop specialist product knowledge and act as a key liaison between various stakeholders including service management and product development teams.WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport the product teams:

• Analyse, document and enhance customer requirements and business process.

• Assist with BIDs.

• Support with interactions with pre-sales, sales and business development in all four GEOs.

Product Content Management, Q&As and Knowledge Base and AI integration:

• Create and enhance the RFP Q&A repository to ensure accurate and up-to-date responses for client inquiries.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to manage content and standard responses to accelerate the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).

• Maintain sales collateral and toolkits that assist in product positioning, customer engagements, and sales enablement.

Assist Product manager with management of their product line:

• Assist the Product Manager in product research, development, and lifecycle management.
• Lead delivery of new product features with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution.
• Support project management activities, tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Help manage product backlog, user requirements, and feature prioritization.
• Assist in customer feedback analysis and implementation into product development.
• Monitor product performance, tracking key metrics and recommending optimizations

QualificationsABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• Experience of working in a matrix environment liaising with different teams to drive overall product success.

• Business / Engineering / Science related qualification to at least Bachelor’s Degree level. Other Degree level backgrounds considered.

• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Product environment.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse groups at various levels of the organisation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work with remote teams.
