Leverage your expertise and join our mission by exploring our career opportunities.In our product management team, we maintain the i.s.h.med product family, with all necessary activities on regulatory needs and KTLO, but also prepare our Gen1 solutions to be connected to all evolving Gen2 solutions, to ensure a smooth hybrid scenario, which supports best the clinical WFs of clinicians. We are using AI/ML, to establish a new experience for clinicians and turns IT from a burden into an assistant, so that they are investing their time in the patient care.What you will do:

• Planning, coordinating, and establishing collaboration projects with hospitals to test new software solutions or to work on PoCs.
• Close collaboration with hospital partners to ensure smooth implementation and optimal software utilization.
• Analysis & Feedback Management: Capturing customer requirements and feedback from collaboration projects to feed into product organization.
• Conducting training sessions for users in hospitals and serving as the primary contact for inquiries.
• Interface Between Customers and product organization: working closely with internal teams (Product Management, Development, Sales) to optimize internal projects based on test results.
• Being present in stakeholder meetings between Gen2 products and i.s.h.med and understanding the use cases
• Understand relevance for German market, like deriving requirements and itemizing & prioritizing them. Discussing aspects of that tasks in our internal workstreams to systemize the intake process of Gen2 needs
• Driving actively the information consolidation, decision making and versioning of the Hybrid approach between i.s.h.med and Gen2 Apps.

Responsibilities:Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Health Care, or related field, or 4 years relevant work experience
• Plus 4 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
• 2 years of product design, product testing, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other HCIT solution work experience.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good client-facing presentation skills
• At least 2 years Health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience.
• Fluent in German
• Strong in intercultural cooperation

The minimum collective salary is 38.038 gross p.a.
