Job description: chatlyn is the AI‑powered unified inbox that funnels WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Booking.com and 15 + other channels into one timeline—already trusted by 1 000 + hotels in 30 countries. Fresh from a €8 million Series A (June 2025), we’re searching for a Product Owner to steer the roadmap of our Conversational AI stack. You’ll translate messy real‑world guest requests into elegant, prompt‑driven experiences that feel like magic (and scale like software).Tasks

• Shape vision & roadmap: own the product backlog for our AI prompt engine and chat platform, turning company goals into an ordered list of shippable value.
• Craft user stories: write crisp acceptance criteria that balance guest delight, agent efficiency and technical feasibility.
• Prioritise ruthlessly: weigh impact, effort and risk; keep the team focused on what matters most (yes, the build‑/measure‑/learn loop).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: pair with engineers, designers and Customer Success to deliver releases on time and on spec.
• Tune prompts & flows: jump into the config UI, experiment with system/user messages, and verify end‑to‑end behaviour.
• Validate with data: define success metrics (containment, latency, deflection), build lightweight dashboards, and iterate when numbers sag.
• API sanity‑checks: spin up Postman/Insomnia to poke endpoints, inspect JSON payloads and keep integrations sane.
• Guard privacy & trust: ensure conversations stay GDPR‑compliant and model choices align with our security policies.

RequirementsMust‑haves

• Hands‑on exposure to chatbots, LLMs or conversational platforms.
• Comfortable with the HTTP request/response model and API tools (Postman or Insomnia).
• Proven track record of shipping features.
• Data‑driven decision‑maker able to self‑serve metrics (spreadsheets or BI).
• Strong written & verbal English; German is a bonus.
• EU work authorisation (or willingness to obtain).

• Hospitality or travel‑tech background.
• Prompt engineering side‑projects or published experiments.
