- Identifying new applications for our existing product portfolio
- Coordinating, managing, and implementing the development of raw materials, polymeric ingredients, and additives for the rubber and plastics industry – preferably based on sustainable feedstocks
- Leading development projects in cooperation with research institutions, testing laboratories, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, including coordination of all project partners
- Providing technical support to customers in the rubber and plastics sector, particularly during the implementation of new products and through regular follow-ups of existing ones
- Assessing sustainability aspects of new products (renewable raw materials, recyclability, environmental compatibility)
- Shaping the margin strategy of your assigned product groups
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and project partners
- Gathering market data, analyzing trends, and expanding your product groups accordingly
- Preparing presentations and providing internal and external training and onboarding
Ihr Profil
- University or university of applied sciences degree in Chemistry / Technical Chemistry – ideally with a focus on polymer chemistry or rubber/plastics
- Strong communication skills and several years of experience in B2B business
- You enjoy working independently and project-oriented, but also value teamwork and structured processes
- excellent English and Czech skills, written and spoken (Czech mother tongue preferred)
- German language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel and valid driving license (category B) with driving experience

For this position a salary from 3.800,– is planned, with willingness to overpay depending on experience and education.
