Identifying new applications for our existing product portfolio
Coordinating, managing, and implementing the development of raw materials, polymeric ingredients, and additives for the rubber and plastics industry – preferably based on sustainable feedstocks
Leading development projects in cooperation with research institutions, testing laboratories, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, including coordination of all project partners
Providing technical support to customers in the rubber and plastics sector, particularly during the implementation of new products and through regular follow-ups of existing ones
Assessing sustainability aspects of new products (renewable raw materials, recyclability, environmental compatibility)
Shaping the margin strategy of your assigned product groups
Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and project partners
Gathering market data, analyzing trends, and expanding your product groups accordingly
Preparing presentations and providing internal and external training and onboarding
Ihr Profil
University or university of applied sciences degree in Chemistry / Technical Chemistry – ideally with a focus on polymer chemistry or rubber/plastics
Strong communication skills and several years of experience in B2B business
You enjoy working independently and project-oriented, but also value teamwork and structured processes
excellent English and Czech skills, written and spoken (Czech mother tongue preferred)
German language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel and valid driving license (category B) with driving experience

For this position a salary from 3.800,– is planned, with willingness to overpay depending on experience and education.
