Job description: On this role (internally called Product Competitiveness Specialist or PCS) at Zentiva, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Industrial Strategy team by integrating commercial and industrial data to inform strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Network & Product Strategy within the Product Supply Organization, you will gather and analyse information from various departments to help drive decisions that enhance Zentiva’s competitiveness, increase market share, and support company growth.You will be responsible for conducting competitive business assessments, supporting the development of product strategies, and creating benchmarking tools for cost analysis. Additionally, you will manage and consolidate the project pipeline database, which is critical for maintaining Zentiva’s competitive edge. The PCS will also contribute to ad hoc projects based on team needs and priorities. Collaboration with the Senior PCS Manager and other stakeholders is essential, as the team is dedicated to identifying and driving key opportunities to keep Zentiva among the most competitive generic pharmaceutical companies in the market.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIESData Integration: Collect and synthesize commercial and industrial data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of business competition and market trends to inform product positioning and strategy.Strategy Support: Assist in the preparation and refinement of product strategies, ensuring alignment with both market needs and operational capabilities.Benchmarking: Develop and maintain benchmarking tools to compare costs and performance across products and against industry standards.Project Pipeline Management: Take ownership of consolidating and managing the project pipeline database, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information to support strategic initiatives.Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in and lead special projects as required, adapting to the evolving needs of the team and organization.Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior PCS Manager and cross-functional teams to identify, initiate, and drive projects that enhance Zentiva’s market position.Continuous Learning: Quickly accumulate knowledge on new topics and apply it effectively to real business cases, ensuring rapid adaptation to changing industry dynamics.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLSUniversity degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Economic or Business management.At least 2 years of a relevant work experience as analyst or product manager.Strong willingness to learn, strong business acumen.Flexibility and ability to manage competing priorities.Sense of urgency, high autonomy & stress resistance, agile personality.Proven hands-on attitude, adaptability, open mindedness, willing to lead the change.Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills.Advanced knowledge of English.Excellent mastering of MS Office applications (Excel, PPT, Adobe, Project management tools).PowerBi knowledge is a plus.Four core LEAD competencies (Act for Change, Strive for results, Cooperate transversally, Commit to customers).WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOUAn opportunity to work for a successful international pharmaceutical company.An opportunity to learn newest approaches in managing creative and highly adaptive business organizations.Pleasant and dynamic working environment.Continuous personal development.An attractive compensation & benefits package.Above standard social and benefit program.
