• Taking responsibility for the process: maintenance of production systems/equipment. Coordination and execution of maintenance and repairs in cooperation with external suppliers
• Monitoring, identification and implementation of measures to improve equipment performance
• Project and/or sub-project management related to the development of new production systems and technologies and their introduction into ongoing production
• Close collaboration with experts from technology, development, construction, procurement, quality assurance, as well as production and supplier management
• Responsible for equipment and process validations
• Conducting cost and lead-time reduction projects
• Creation and maintenance of production documentation and specifications, especially process instructions
• Proactive production support in case of issues

We believe you have

• Completed engineering degree (Materials Science, Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering) or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance and optimization of production systems
• Experience in plant engineering and automation
• Experience in project management
• Experience in industrialization and process improvement
• Experience with the following process technologies is advantageous: joining processes (brazing, welding), vacuum technology
• Very good German language skills
• English: good oral and written skills
