Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving production efficiency in manufacturing, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards (GMP+, UFAS, Dept. of Agriculture).
• Meeting production and invoicing targets while optimizing costs.
• Improving processes, managing inventory, and coordinating with supply chain and quality teams.
• Recruiting, training, and developing team members to deliver high performance.
