Job description: Job Title: Program Manager – CSTE Reliability and Quality (Remote Contract)Contract Length: Until June 2025 (likely extension to 18 months)Location: Remote (Global)Overview:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Program Manager to join our growing CSTE Reliability and Quality team. This fully remote contract role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects focused on creating a safer digital experience for individuals and organisations worldwide. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, analysts, data scientists, attorneys, and business professionals to build scalable, reliable, and secure tools using state-of-the-art cloud technologies.As a Program Manager, you will oversee end-to-end program lifecycles, drive product management best practices, and manage data analytics initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven solutions align with business objectives and promote trust within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product management and data analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.

• Product Management: Drive excellence in product management practices across product development and data analytics programmes.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data analytics solutions that meet business needs.

• Data Analytics: Utilise tools such as Power BI and Kusto to analyse data, create visual reports, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, and other teams to integrate data analytics measures into development and operational processes.

• Reporting & Analytics: Track program metrics, generate reports, and communicate insights using Power BI and Kusto.

• ADO Administration: Manage and configure Azure DevOps (ADO) projects to ensure efficient workflows and seamless integration with other tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program management within product management and data analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL (KQL is a plus), Power BI, and other data visualisation tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with cloud technology solutions.

• Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) project management and configuration.

• Familiarity with automated test/quality frameworks.

• Knowledge of security and Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) processes.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language).

• Experience managing Agile projects as a Technical Program Manager (TPM).

• Understanding of Cybersecurity principles.
