Job description: Program Manager (Global Quality & Ops) – Global Tech Client12-Month Contract – Hybrid/DublinWe’re partnering with a Global Tech organization in Dublin to assist them find an experienced Program Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and loves bringing clarity to complexity. This isn’t just project coordination, this is high-impact, data-driven program ownership within a truly global operation.You’ll be joining a Quality team that sits at the heart of operations, focused on driving performance and accountability across a vast network of vendor partners.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Program Manager, you’ll take the lead on programs that influence how billions of people experience our client’s products. Here’s a flavour of what’s involved:· Strategic Planning: Define program goals, scope and roadmaps that directly align with wider business objectives· Program & Project Management: Coordinate across multiple projects and teams, driving delivery of key outcomes· Quality & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs to measure success, root out inefficiencies and drive improvements· Vendor Partnerships: Partner directly with global vendors to understand quality performance and lead remediation efforts· Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates and clear communication to stakeholders at all levels· Change Management: Champion change initiatives, integrate feedback, and keep momentum across global teams· Operational Excellence: Design and optimise systems, processes and workflows to enhance scalability and performance· Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track and mitigate risks before they become blockersWhat You’ll Bring· 5+ years of proven experience in Program/Project Management, ideally within fast-moving, data-rich environments· Strong experience with Excel (PivotTables, statistical functions) and visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI· Confident managing global cross-functional teams, with a knack for communication and stakeholder influence· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills· Experience navigating ambiguity· Passion for improving systems and delivering meaningful impactNice to have:· Background in quality systems or operational excellence (Lean, Six Sigma etc.)· Previous experience in tech, SaaS or a consulting environment· Familiarity with customer support frameworks and accountability metrics· PMI or PMP certificationLocation & Working Style:· Dublin-based, hybrid work setupWhat’s Next?If you’re interested in submitting your application, please email a copy of your most recent CV to .
