Job description: We’re hiring for a strategic, data-savvy Program Manager to join a global tech client’s quality operations team. The Offer:

• Salary: Up to €105,000 per annum (PAYE)
• Contract: Until the end of December 2025
• Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Dublin
• Environment: High-impact role with ownership, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving tech setting

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and optimise global quality programs across vendor networks
• Use data to tell compelling stories, identify gaps, and drive strategic change
• Partner with key stakeholders across compliance, product, and operations
• Develop internal governance frameworks, track KPIs, and build continuous improvement plans
• Engage with technical partners to influence tooling and future-state systems

What you bring:

• 5+ years’ program/project management in a tech or consulting environment
• Strong experience with Excel, Tableau/Power BI; SQL is a plus
• Proven track record of managing global stakeholders and cross-functional alignment
• Ability to manage ambiguity, influence outcomes, and think both tactically and strategically
• Experience in quality, vendor operations, or process improvement is a major advantage
