At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.Your future teamWe are building a dedicated team of Programme Officers who together with our new Programme Director will drive our Business Transformation Programme to support ROCKWOOLs strategic initiatives enabled by modern advanced technology, with business process automation and AI.As part of the Programme Management Team, you are expected to help drive the establishment of the Programme Management Office, where you will have your own area of responsibility, as well as being part of a dynamic and engaging team. You will be in close collaboration with Management across all our locations, our Digital department and of course with all the Programme members for various areas of the global ROCKWOOL organisation.Work location will be in Hedehusene in Denmark or Poznan in Poland. You should expect some extent of travel to be part of the job.What you will be doingYou will be responsible for the overall scope for the entire Programme, as well as establish a solid governance for all changes to the scope. You will work closely with the business owners from the Business Process and Master Data organisations, to establish the relevant scope and requirements for the entire Programme. In addition, you will be responsible for risk management:Scope ManagementEstablish and manage the Programme scope together with all stakeholders from the business and from Digital architectureChange management governanceEstablish a Programme change management process and ensure it’s governance across all workstreams/delivery projectsEnsure proper documentation of consequences of changes with regards to time, budget, resources and qualityStakeholder ManagementEngage with all Programme stakeholders at all levels in order to maintain the scope overviewMaintain effective communication and build trusted relationships with stakeholdersRequirementsEstablish key requirements for the Programme in order to facilitate RFI and RFP processes – both functional and non-functional requirementsAlign with Business Process Owners and Digital Architecture, with regards to key requirementsRisk ManagementExperienced risk management of large global transformationsSolid understanding of risks – both from a business and a technology perspectiveStakeholder management with a focus on critical risk and their timely mitigationWhat you bringOverall this large Programme is so vital for us, that we will be directing our attention to candidates with extensive experience in managing similar projects of the same weight and scope.You:Hold a degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relatedHold a certification of Program Management.Have experience with requirements establishment combined with good technical flairAre a strong manager of the scope, with focus on essential changesHave deep risk management knowledgeAre highly proficient in English, both written and spokenAs a person you will bring:Excellent leadershipBusiness acumen – affinity and understanding of business processesTeam player attitudeStakeholder skillsGovernance experience with owning scope management processRisk management knowledgeAbility to mediate and ensure collaborationReady to Apply?If you are ready to apply, then submit your application via the link, as soon as possible and no later than June 6th, 2025.
