So would you be curious to start your next career journey with us, then look further.This is a fixed term contract until July 2027.Core ResponsibilitiesYou will have a unique insight into the “big bets” of our global portfolio. You will have daily engagement with the Project Managers that lead the strategic projects, and the core team appointed to the projects. The role entitles a large degree of empowerment and opportunity to influence our ways of doing project management through our processes, standards and procedures. You will further have a unique chance to lead the maintenance of our Workplace Project Playbook which is our core project process framework that we lead project with.Key tasks that your workday could include:Support/Assist with light project tasks.Participate in project teams meetings where relevant.Follow up on project tasks with the PM.Study and analyse critical project deliverables and co-create them into solutions for the project.Assist coordinate and set up project meetings and steering committee meetings.Assist with project communication, project status reporting and presentations.Update/review specifications and documentation.Lead the maintenance and updating of our Workplace Project PlaybookVarious administrative tasks e.g. creation of purchase orders, manage invoices and setting up project folder structure in SharePoint.Play your part in our team succeedingThe project assistant will have a pinnacle role, within the Workplace Project Office (WPO) team which is a global central function anchored in Billund and including colleagues in APAC region. We are responsible for the global project portfolio of workplace projects that creates and builds the fantastic office experience that colleagues around the world enjoy every day. We have strong touchpoints and influence on the future workplace within the LEGO Group and this role will mainly be around assisting the large strategic projects where multiple partners and complex scope is at play.Do you have what it takes?We are looking for a powerful project assistant with attitude to win and succeed as one team.
