So, are you not afraid of an interview in English?We are looking for a new NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Coordinator for the Paul Mocanu team in RSP Business. • You will coordinate/support the management and implementation of various external and internal projects related to the introduction of changes, the implementation of new products into production and improvements in a specific area.
• Lead and coordinate individual sub-projects.
• Cooperate in the preparation of the project plan and in the coordination of the project team.
• Continuously monitor the progress of the project, adherence to its plan.
• Lead and update project documentation.
• You will function as support in the implementation of new customer programs, including their management. Monitor their fulfillment and escalate their problems if necessary.
• Communicate and share information with internal and external customers and other departments as needed.
• Collaborate in reporting on the status of implemented projects to management.
• If necessary, cooperate in the pre-project phase of the business – e.g. analysis of customer documents, management of pre-project documentation.

• You will communicate in English with our customers and foreign colleagues. This includes not only emails, but also participation in calls (knowledge of Czech is also required).
• You are familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) It is important for us that you can handle work in MF office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of the internal Mantis system is an advantage, not a requirement.
• Qlik and SAP will also be an advantage for you, but this is not a requirement, we will be happy to train you in these programs.
• You are flexible, communicative with presence skills – among other things, your task will be to lead a meeting and present in front of a group of people.
