Job description: Project/IT Support officer Grade V3- 6 months initial contract5 days required onsite in Naas, Co. KildareSalary per year € 51,000Purpose of Post:· Preparation of the required project documentation for IT projects – project proposals, project mandates, project initiation documents etc· Assist and support the implementation and rollout of IT systems from project initiation through to implementation and evaluation working as part of a project team· Monitor project progress and set deadlines for completion of tasks required ensuring adhering to project plan· Plan and collaborate with vendors of IT system(s)/ ICT/key stakeholders on system (s) due to be upgraded· Preparation/mapping of workflows/processes, proposed process mapping to improve efficiencies where appropriate and in regards to system implementations.· Assist in the preparation of test scripts of IT systems/interfaces and complete user acceptance testing as required· System administrator to specific IT systems focusing on configuration or engage with vendor in regards to changes, access control, troubleshooting and user training· Handle escalated support issues and manage them to resolution.· Manage effective communications with and among all projects stakeholders· As key member of the ICT Support team provide and deliver support to ensure the effective operation of business functions within the IT department· Troubleshoot with staff where staff report issues that can be resolved by local IT staff and provide assistance to staff.· Cover IT support team when required· User account setup on systems where required· Engage with external Vendor(s) for costings, ordering, delivery & scheduling of hardware.Stamp 4 or EU citizenship required.Interested?Send your CV to to apply!💫-AF1
